Membership is open to any adult (18+) living with a mental illness who wants to participate in the Clubhouse community. A person typically becomes a member through a referral from a mental health provider, hospital, or community mental health agency, though membership is voluntary and you may self-refer as well.<\/p>\n
Clubhouse membership is voluntary and lifelong. Members can come and go as they need support, and there are no time limits, attendance requirements, or fees to participate. The focus is on creating a community where individuals can build relationships, develop skills, and work toward employment, education, and improved wellness.<\/p>\n

Can I Take A Tour?<\/strong><\/p>\n\t Yes, the best way to learn about Affinity House is to visit and take a tour of the Clubhouse! During your visit, you can see how the community works, meet members and staff, and learn more about the opportunities available. If you decide Affinity House is right for you, the enrollment process is simple. Once you join, you can begin participating in Clubhouse activities and enjoying the benefits of membership right away.<\/p>\n\t What Is The Cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\t There is no direct cost to become a member of Affinity House. Members can enjoy daily activities at the Clubhouse, including a nutritious lunch served each day, along with special gatherings such as community events and other wellness-focused activities. Occasionally, some optional social outings may include small costs, such as admission fees for community events.<\/p>\n When appropriate, services provided at Affinity House may be billed to Medicaid, and many supports are also covered through Pivotal, the parent organization of Affinity House. However, membership and participation are not limited by insurance coverage. Members are welcome to attend and participate in the Clubhouse community as often as they choose.<\/p>\n\t When Is The Clubhouse Open?<\/strong><\/p>\n\t Affinity House is typically open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm.
