A Global Model. A Local Place to Belong.
Mental illness affects many people in our community and across the nation. Nearly one in four individuals lives with a mental health condition, yet many never receive the full support they need. Even when treatment is available, people can still face isolation and a lack of meaningful connection. Affinity House helps bridge that gap in St. Joseph County, offering a welcoming community where members can build purpose, relationships, and a path forward in recovery.

Affinity House has also received three-year accreditation from Clubhouse International, the highest level awarded, recognizing its commitment to the proven Clubhouse Model and the quality of support provided to members.
