At Pivotal, we provide services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Services that are deemed medically necessary are provided through a person-centered planning process (PCP). Our focus is on helping people achieve their needs and desires for increasing independence and community inclusion. Care include:

- Training and Life Skills
- Self-Employment (including finding, learning and keeping a job)
- Help managing Social Security and other benefits
- Respite Care
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Nursing Services
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Clinic Based Therapy
- Psychiatric Services
